There is a fine line between theme support and theme customizations, and everyone has a different idea of what each entails. While we’re happy to help you with theme support, but unfortunately we can’t help you modify or customize your theme further than its advertised features.


Support Includes

– Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme’s features

– Fixing bugs and reported issues

– Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions


Does NOT Include

– Theme Customization and Installation Services

– Requests that require Custom design or development

– Support for third party software and plug-ins
